missing sections for internal candidate profile but visible in job application

Summary:

WHen i view an internal candidate profile in orc, I dont see the talent profile sections of education, license & certification, work preferences, and Languages

Candidate PROFILE view:

Job Application view:

Why cant i see the sections in the candidate profile view for employee or internal candidate? It works well for external candidate where the sections are both visible in candidate profile view and job application view
