Feasibility of Sending Password Reset and Welcome Notifications to Mobile Number
Dear Team,
Is it feasible to send password reset and welcome notifications to a user’s registered mobile number instead of their official email address?
A large number of employees do not have official email IDs. Due to this, they are unable to reset their passwords for their work IDs. We also prefer not to associate personal email IDs as work emails or mark them as primary.
If an OTP-based login or OTP-based password reset option can be enabled, it would help these employees reset their passwords and access the application smoothly. If any workaround or alternative solution is available, please do share we are open to exploring possible options.
