how to use api /monitoring/instances for a particular INT

We want to get the syntax for endpoint relative uri to call this API /ic/api/integration/v1/monitoring/instances for particular Integration if the instance is running or not. Use case is to use query parameter code to filter for specific identifier. We are currently experiencing 404 NOT FOUND.
