Redwood Hire – Conditional mandatory “Contract End Date” in Assignment section

Hi everyone,

we are working on the Redwood Hire an Employee transaction and would like to clarify the behavior of the Contract End Date field.

The business requirement is to make the Contract End Date mandatory based on the selected Contract Type, specifically in the Assignment section of the Hire flow, not in the Contract Info section.

Currently, during Hire:

• the Contract End Date field in the Assignment section is optional for all Contract Types;
• however, for certain countries and specific Contract Types, an end date should be mandatory, while for others it should remain optional.
