Unified Learning Catalog Administration does not show all types of learnings to create

 I enabled the Learning Catalog as per this feature - Unified Learning Catalog Administration and Access Control

I was able to get this task enabled however I'm not able to create different types of learning. I'm only able to see the self paced learning in the learning catalog task.

There is no dropdown in the create button.
