While creating the Model for Compensation Cycle, the total amount is different from Overall Budget

While creating the Global Model for Compensation Cycle, the total amount is different from Overall Budget.

In configure Budget Display, there is no rounding rule for the Budgeted Percentage.
Hence, ideally both total amount and overall budget in the model, in the Enter Values area should be same, but is not.

We are applying country based percentages, and everything is fine except Overall Budget column in the model not matching with Total Amount.
