Career Section URL case sensetive

Summary:

The customer is using their external website to redirect candidates to the Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) external career site. During this redirection, the website converts the entire URL to lowercase.

Oracle Recruiting Cloud career site URLs are case-sensitive. As a result, when the URL is converted to lowercase during redirection, the career site or job detail pages fail to load correctly.

We would like to understand:

•Whether Oracle Recruiting Cloud provides any configuration or option to make career site URLs case-insensitive, or

•Whether there is any supported way to normalize or update the career site URL so that lowercase URLs are handled correctly.
