How to find a User History Report

Good morning!

We have a request from the client to track all users and their roles assignments.

I would like to know how to have an audit report in Oracle HCM - Redwood that checks when a role has been assigned to a user through auto-provisioning, such as a User History Report to check all users who have been assigned a role through auto-provisioning and on what date. Can you help me with this?
