Skills questions on the application are not visible on Candidate Profile

Summary:

We have enabled an extra question to be asked to candidates when they are adding their skills - Years of Experience. This is appearing correctly on the application form, and candidates can complete it when adding a Skill.

However, we are unable to view the candidates answer to this question when viewing their Skills within ORC. Where can the answers to these extra questions be viewed?

It is also noticed, that the extra questions only appear when searching for a skill adding it - the question is not asked if the candidate adds one of the suggested Skills. Is this expected behaviour?
