Single Step Regret Action with selectable and editable email template
Summary:
Currently when a candidate is moved to a Regret phase/state, the communication sent to the candidate is restricted to a predefined status-based message.
Recruiters are unable to:
- Select an alternative email template at the time of the regret action
- Edit or tailor the message wording based on the candidate or requisition
As a result, recruiters must either:
- Send a manual email first and then move the candidate to Regret, or
- Accept a fixed, generic regret message tied to the phase/state
This leads to additional effort, inconsistent recruiter experience, and reduced flexibility in candidate communication.
