Can you amend the default value for the completion rule on self paced learning

Hi,

Currently the default completion rule for Web Links and Documents is set to 'Require content completion and learner confirmation', is there any way we can amend the default to match the default that is set for Online Learning and Videos which is 'Content Handles Completion'?
