After P2T refresh, Configure Adaptive Search process running longer than usual.

Recently we had P2T refresh in one of the lower pods, we ran the Full Publish for Configure Adaptive Search process. It shows 87% completed with Refreshing Latest Changes status. But received an email saying, the process has completed with Warning.

Index Active Meta Model Version process running to success for every 1 hour.

What to do with the Publish process as its stuck at 87% in warning? Shall I kick off the full publish again or partial publish?
