is there a way to release only safety stock plan order in supplies and demands?

We have constrained supply planning without forecast and have safety stock for components and raw materials in particular orgs. Is there a way to release only safety stock planned order in supplies and demands since the planned order calculation are considering both demand (in this case sales order) and safety stock calculation. What's the order type for safety stock planned order ?

the planned order for 26 jan is 4.994 where the demand are only for safety stock, but when we drilled to planned order it is pegged to different demand (SO). Is it possible to have only safety stock planned order that separate from other demand ?
