Is it possible to extend or customize Supplier Registration approval notifications using VBS?

Hi All,

We have a requirement to make certain fields mandatory on the Supplier Registration Approval notification page.

Currently, we have enabled the Supplier Registration Redwood notification using the relevant Procurement Opt-in features, and the approval notification is now appearing in the Redwood theme as expected. To enable this feature I've used this document - Redwood: Configure Supplier Registration Approval Notification Using Oracle Analytics Publisher

Requirement:
When an approver clicks Reject, both the Reject Reason field and Comments field should be mandatory.

In the classic UI, we were able to achieve this using Sandbox → Page Composer customizations. However, we are unable to implement the same requirement using
