Unable to Restrict Interaction Visibility and Configure Access Groups for Role-Based Access
Hello Team,
We are seeking guidance on restricting Log an Interaction / Call Report data visibility based on user roles (role matrix) in Oracle Sales Cloud.
Current Understanding
Accounts, Contacts, and Activities support role-based data control through Data Security Policies and Access Groups, which allow us to restrict and grant data access based on roles.
However, Log an Interaction / Call Report appears to be a standalone Interaction object and does not seem to support Access Groups or Interaction-level Data Security Policies for controlling data visibility.
Clarification Required
We would appreciate your guidance on the following points:
