ESS Job Parameters Window Not Displaying for Copied “Validate Payables Invoices” Job

Summary:

We have copied the standard Validate Payables Invoices ESS job and created a custom job. However, when submitting the copied ESS job, the Parameters window does not display

The standard Validate Payables Invoices job works fine
The issue occurs only for the copied ESS job
The copied job clearly has parameters defined
This happens when submitting the job manually from Scheduled Processes
