Difference in report outputs in PIM

in Reporting and Analytics for SCM

I have a custom report built using SQL based data model, no UI or report level filters.

However when I run the report an excel is downloaded with inconsistent report outputs(missing data), whereas when I schedule the same report and download the output from report job history it gives me accurate results.

Any suggestion or parameters that I should look into?
