GL Journal Approval not picking up the approver

Summary:From the approval group we are able to see the approver and working correctly for 2nd source. But not for GXO Interco Adjustments

We are created a new rule for source 'GXO Interco Adjustments' and Category 'GXO Interco Adjustments'.

But not working or identifying the approver to trigger the notifications. Working correctly for different source and category from the same excel.
