The issue where Address Line 1 appears blank after a candidate updates their profile in Oracle Recruiting Cloud can be related to the profile option ORA_IRC_CE_APPLY_ADDRESS_V2_ENABLED. If this is set to Y, address fields may not repopulate correctly. To resolve this:
Set the profile option ORA_IRC_CE_APPLY_ADDRESS_V2_ENABLED to N.Verify the candidate's selected country is in the allowed list for address suggestions by updating the profile option ORA_IRC_ENABLE_ADDRESS_SEARCH_IN_COUNTRY_LIST via the task Manage Administrator Profile Values.Check if your system has the cumulative weekly bundle HCM_REL13.2504-20250606 applied, which includes a fix for this issue (Bug 37990368) for Release 25B.If the problem persists, contacting Oracle Support is recommended.
