Disabling Contract Configuration at Enterprise Level When Contracts Are Not Used

in Human Capital Management

Hello,

we received confirmation from Oracle Support that the visibility of the Contract Info section in Hire and other Add flows is fully driven by the Legal Employer configuration.
When contracts are enabled, the Contract Info section is always displayed and cannot be hidden or customized, including via Visual Builder.

In our implementation, contract management is not required by the business, and the Contract Info section is therefore not used in HR processes. However, contracts are currently enabled at Enterprise / Legal Employer level, which forces the section to appear in all relevant flows.
