Requisition Descriptive Flexfield is not shown when editing old purchase requisitions

Hello,

I have added a descriptive flexfield to the purchase requisition header and it shows correctly when creating a new purchase requisition. But when I want to withdraw and edit old requisitions the flexfield is not shown.

Is there any way to fix this?
