Customization of Purchase Requisition Approval Email

I am currently trying to customize the purchase requisition approval email template. I need to add additional text to the email body and modify the subject line of this notification.

Unfortunately, I can’t be sure which one I need to modify between “Requisition Approval Status FYI Notification Report” and “Requisition Approval E-Mail Report”, as the RTF templates of both reports are very similar and do not match the screenshot provided above.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
