Questionnaire is missing when importing candidate selection with FSM

Hi,
We are investigating how to migrate configurations between our environments using FSM. For this we have made a migration package with in it the task 'Candidate Selection Process'. We migrated this to our Test environment, but we noticed that in the target environment the Questionnaire and Respondent fields is empty.Here are those fields in our source environment:

And here they are in the target environment after migration:

The values are present though in our target environment.When looking at the contents of the migration package, we see that in the package the code of the questionnaire is included:
