Not able to generate credit memo

Summary:

After the release 25D we are not able to generate credit memo from Subscription.

The profile option selected is on-account and the check box is checked for " On-account credit memo for bill lines not invoiced from receivables".

The lines are billed from subscription and invoice is generated and completed in AR.

When the subscription line is closed, the system gives a popup and user selects the credit memo and does prorate with credit. A prorated amount is displayed and user does Ok. The subscription is closed but the credit memo line is not created and the TCV also does not reduce.
