The 'Enroll in Default Benefits' process is failing to trigger automatically upon the completion of the 'Evaluate Life Event Participation' process. Despite submitting the evaluation with the 'Apply Defaults' parameter set to 'Yes', default enrollments are not being generated as expected. This behavior has been observed consistently in both the 25D and 26A releases.
