Retro Active Changes to be restricted Time cards

Hello ,

We have a requirement to restrict the HR , Emp , TAA to make changes on the time card that is already approved .
The correction to be done within the same month though .

Is there a possible used case / example that has been used in any org by any chance ? any insights on this would be helpful .
