Hiring Managers can view all the Candidates

As per the requirement, hiring managers should only be able to view candidates associated with their own requisitions under Candidate Search. While we have configured requisition-based security so that hiring managers can view only the requisitions for their own team, there is no corresponding security profile available for candidate visibility. The available dimensions for candidate security are limited to Country, Recruiting Type, Person Type, Grade Level & Business Unit, which are not suitable for our business requirements.
