Adding new notifications for Candidate Selection Workflow when triggered by an internal employee referral

Right now we have one active Candidate selection workflow, which are triggered by both a regular candidate submission or when the submission is referred by an internal employee (Refer a friend).

We want to enhance the selection workflow when triggered specifically by an internal employee referral (Job Specific Referral):

1. The notification message to Manager should be different. Right now it shares the same message template as when a regular candidate submits application and triggers a notification to manager
