missing national identifier

Technical user cannot extract National Identifier (Codice Fiscale) from PER_NATIONAL_IDENTIFIERS despite ORA_FND_INTEGRATION_SPECIALIST_JOB + custom role duties

We created a technical user to run/extract a report. The user has job role ORA_FND_INTEGRATION_SPECIALIST_JOB.
In the report, the National Identifier (Codice Fiscale) is expected to be retrieved from PER_NATIONAL_IDENTIFIERS, but the value is not returned when executed with the technical user.

To fix the access, we created and assigned to the technical user a custom role including the following privileges/duties:

• Manage Person National Identifier
