Measure Criteria in a table is not respecting when adding measure and showing incorrect results

Summary:

We have measure criteria defined with 2 measures in a pivot table.

Measure A is greater than or equal to 1 and Measure B is not equals to 100 which is showing the results as expected.

However when adding the additional measure to display in the same pivot table(which is of similar granularity measure like other measures in the table), its pulling equals to 100 value records as well.

Can someone help why its including value which shows 100 and how to fix it?

Expectation is measure criteria should be respected.
