Start and End date for Supplemental data is not correct, Even though the Start and End Date was set correctly in Data collection period for users Form Template Tasks are showing different Start and End Date, as its taking the Close date of Data Collection Period for Tasks as Start Date.

Start and End date for Supplemental data is not correct, Even though the Start and End Date was set correctly in Data collection period for users Form Template Tasks are showing different Start and End Date, as its taking the Close date of Data Collection Period for Tasks as Start Date. Hence tried undeploying the Form Template and tried to set the Start and End Date but whereas in the calendar the dates which i am prefered to select was disabled.
