Reassign feature not working proporly on the redwood process requisition page

Summary:

Hello,

We can not select a buyer from the drop-down list to assign the requisition. The buyers' names are listed and clicked on the drop-down list, but the selected value did not populate on the area.

In addition, I can not search for names with case sensitivity. You can see the behaviors on the record that I attached to this questionnaire.
