OTBI – Workforce Profiles: Person Profile Real Time pulling deleted competencies

Summary:

I have a reporting requirement to identify the competencies workers have entered on their Person Profile, including workers who have not entered any competencies at all. I am using the OTBI subject area Workforce Profiles – Person Profile Real Time. However, when I generate the report, it returns all competency values that have ever been entered, including competencies that have since been deleted and are no longer visible in the UI.

My challenge is ensuring the report only pulls current, active competencies that are visible on the worker’s Person Profile in the UI.
