How do I validate ZIP Code on Contact Info?

For Contact Info > Address.
I am creating a simple rule for ZIP code but there is no region nor field for it. (It does appear in the UI)
I want it to be defaulted to "00000" for a specific country.


Is there any other way to do a validation for ZIP Code?
