If we have enabled OPTE, how do we do address masking in lower instance?

Summary:

We have enabled OPTE with enhanced address validations. However, after the P2T, we need to mask the addresses line 1 in lower instance and the system is not allowing to mask it. How can we do that? We tried to disable the enhanced address validation but system is not allowing. Can anyone please guide?
