USOPTE - Federal income tax is calculating as zero after transition to USOPTE

Summary:

Client is in USOPTE and running payroll this week . We are seeing an issue where an employee active is not processing Federal income tax.

Where as client is expecting Federal tax to be processed.

All the Federal tax values are setup as Non Exempt on tax withholding cal card and marital status also set .

we have raised SR but delay in response.

Please help in any thing on setup need to be updated!
