Eloqua form required fields are not being enforced, even when the associated checkbox is checked.

Summary:

We have several forms with required form fields, but upon clicking the Submit button, the field validation is not being triggered. This wasn't an issue previously, but have noticed it happening frequently over the past few weeks. These are multi-select checkbox form fields.

We confirmed that JavaScript is not disabled in the browser.

Has anyone else experienced this and how have you addressed it?
