Job Profile Code "An unexpected error occurred"

Summary:

In our Redwood‑enabled page (My Client Groups → Talent → Job Profile), I can access the Job Profile landing page. However, when I search for a Profile Code and select it, the page displays ‘An unexpected error occurred’ and ‘Error response during RestAction’ in our QA/Test environment. We do not see this issue in DEV or PROD. I compared the security role assignments, and the duty/privilege mappings are identical. What could be causing this behavior?
