Survey Journey - Assign by Rehire Action?

Summary:

Hello! I have created a survey Journey but noticed that I am not able to assigned based off the action of rehire easily, like a regular Journey. Is this possible? If so, how?

If it is not possible, would a regular journey with a questionnaire task allow me to create a dashboard within Oracle like a survey Journey can?

The end goal is to be able to report out the details via a dashboard with real time data.
