FCCS - EPMAutomate downloadFile Issue

I exported the MR report to the Library path using BusrstingDefinition and am trying to download that exported file to a local directory in FCCS application using EPM Automate command. However, I am getting a Resource does not exist error, even though the file is available in the Library path.

EPM Automate command:

call epmautomate downloadFile "Library/Test.xlsx"

I am getting below error message:

EPMAT-1:Resource does not exist : Library/Test.xlsx.
