Connecting Eloqua and FDI

I'm trying to connect Eloqua and Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).
I'm in contact with an OCI representative,
・URL
・User Name
・Password
I was told that I needed to set it up, so I provided all the information.
※Regarding the URL, I provided the value (https://secure.****.eloqua.com/) that could be obtained after logging in to the OCI representative.

but,
“401 Invalid Source configuration – Credentials or Source configuration details are wrong. Please rectify.”
It says that an error has occurred.

We are working with OCI personnel to determine the cause of the error, but Eloqua would like to confirm that there are no errors in permission settings, etc.
