Can we customize the error message Access Denied for user to path <Path Name>

Summary:

We are calling one OTBI report from another using the column action. All users do not have access to all reports. When an employee clicks on a report they lack access to, the system displays the message: Access Denied for user to path <Path Name>. Is it possible to customize this message or restrict the report list so that certain employees only see the reports relevant to them?
