Our business process calculates WHT at the invoice level, but the payment advice only shows the full invoice amount and the net paid amount after WHT deduction, without explicitly showing the withheld tax. This omission causes confusion for suppliers, who may mistakenly believe they were short paid since the held-back WHT amount is not itemized on the payment advice.
