Hi All,

We have a requirement to change the Acknowledge email when an employee sends an email to inbound email address(which creates an SR).

We want a message to be updated as below :-

"Thank you for taking the time to contact the HR Helpdesk. Your request has been received and has been logged under SR ID [ID]

The team will aim to respond to you as soon as possible, however, should your request be urgent please contact the HR Helpdesk on 0333 XX XXXX quoting the above SR ID."
