Compensation Statement - Difference Between RTF and PDF Format

Hello experts,

we are facing an issue regarding the use of different of Compensation Letter in the workforce compensation plan.

In the Compensation Statement Letter Template we have added the logo of our client. The letter is correctly printed if we use the output format of PDF while if we use RTF format then the logo disappears.

Have you ever faced similar issue?
