Date changes by1 day while formatting

Hi,

I am using Oracle template builder for one of my reports which has date column, when I apply date formatting date changes by one day (example: 4712-12-31 changes to 12/30/4712). Has anyone faced this issue before if so how to fix it? Any help is greatly appreciated.
