hr pending manual process

Hi

We have this case that an internal cadidate is been promoted to another position on 03/01/2026. The position had FTE by the time of the offer.

The job offer is in HR - PENDING MANUAL PROCESS and I'm not allowed to process the action there because it says that the position does not have any FTE for that date.

When I check the position details the future incumbent it's the internal candidate.
