USOPTE Tax exemption segregation

According to the OPTE Transition Guide there are 3 new available settings that replace the Bypass Collection settings on the Organization Calculation Cards.
How are these new exemption types enabled? When we switch to OPTE we only have the following items:
VS the same Component Details Section on Vertex where the Bypass Collection setting is available:
