Reasonable Accommodations for applicants

I was wondering how Government contractors, in order to be compliant with OFCCP regulations, are handling reasonable accomodations/equal opportunity for applicants with disabilities and disabled veterans who need assitance in using our online application in Taleo.  We are struggling with how to do this better and I would like to hear about how others of us are handling this.  More specifically, if you could share the current system in place (ex: phone #, voicemail, other), who handles fielding the requests, and a ballpark volume of requests on a monthly basis.
