Position Change Request error when correcting with same Action Reason
Dear Community,
We are experiencing an unexpected behavior with Position Change Requests in Oracle HCM.
The initial submission works correctly when selecting an Action Reason. However, when performing a correction within the same flow and keeping the same Action Reason, the transaction fails with an error.
Observations:
- The error occurs only if the Action Reason is the same as in the latest position record.
- Changing the Action Reason allows the transaction to complete successfully.
- Deleting the latest record also resolves the issue.
Has anyone encountered this behavior before?Is this expected by design, or a known bug? If so, how did you handle it? Do I need to make any changes to the workflow? or it is releated to "Request a position Change" flow in Redwood.
